The stuff were nice.

There wasn't any bin in the room. The flash wasn't working in the toilet They can't give any extra pillows.

I didn't like anything the room was very dirty toilet did not flush properly and at 10 pm I booked another hotel and left as it was not possible to sleep there in that dirty bed would not recommend to anyone it's not worth it at all

Booked to stay for one night and I am genuinely appalled by what we experienced. This was, without question, one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. At check-in, we were given a room key and absolutely no information about needing any additional key to re-enter the building late at night. When we returned around 3am, we were completely locked out with no way to get back in. We could hear loud music coming from inside and even saw an open door near the smoking area, yet no one would respond to us trying to get attention. We were left stranded outside for 45 minutes! It got so bad that another guest (who had also been locked out) had to risk climbing over a metal fence with spikes just to get inside and alert someone. That is beyond unacceptable and dangerous. When we finally got in, the staff member who had checked us in (a middle-aged white woman with long brunette and grey hair, slim build) had the audacity to be confrontational and question US about not having a front door key—the same key she failed to give us in the first place. To make matters worse, she appeared heavily intoxicated and completely incapable of understanding the situation she caused. Her attitude was rude, aggressive, and utterly unprofessional. The level of incompetence and disregard for guest safety is shocking. Avoid this place at all costs.

Friendly staff, play room for the kids, easy access.

The area has loads of potholes, one towel had a dry brown mark.
