Villa Lovisi

In general we were very happy with the villa. The villa is spacious, having 3 separate bedrooms, very nice kitchen and living room. It has lovely oriented terrasse next to the swimming pool, where the sun is shining from the morning. The swimming pool was simply lovely. We asked for extra heating (for extra cost) and it was fantastic choice. The temperature was excellent during the whole days and evenings. The host was very kind and responsive. We did not need much but we felt that if anything would have been needed, he would provide a solution very quickly. The location of the villa is a bit further from the beach and the main promenade but on the other hand it is located in the calm area of Sonnenland. The only small inconvenience was the ongoing construction of another villa just next to ours. But as soon as the construction is finished, the area will be very calm again. We would be very happy to return back.

Belle maison agréable avec une bonne répartition des chambres. 4 avec salles de bain. Top. Piscine super pour les enfants. L'accueil du propriétaire et la propreté intérieure et extérieure.

Il faut attendre trop longtemps avant d'avoir de l'eau chaude pour la douche. 5 bonnes minutes, surtout au rez-de-chaussée. L'isolation phonique (maison jumelée). Les voisins très bruyants jusqu'à 2 ou 3h du matin.

Acababan de empezar una obra, delante de la casa y estaban desde primera hora con la excavadora, y levantaba polvo, hacía demasiado ruido y había olor a humo y gasoil. Se nos debió advertir. Es que íbamos con niños pequeños y necesitaban descanso. menos mal que el sábado y domingo pararon. Estuvimos pensando irnos.

El anfitrión, Fabio ha sido muy amable. El villa está espectacular 👌

Es el cuarto año consecutivo que nos alojamos en Villa Lovisi, y lo seguiremos haciendo porque tiene todo lo que buscamos : tranquilidad, comodidad , desconexión , en general , vacaciones , que es lo que buscamos y lo mejor de todo es que podemos llevar a nuestra perrita que es la que más disfruta del jardín y el aire libre . Y por supuesto , Ramon , que se encarga del mantenimiento , es un cielo , con una paciencia infinita

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lovisi. The house is located in a quiet area and has private parking. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked a few meals in the house and even used the barbeque. The garden and private swimming pool were fantastic and we used it a lot during our stay.

A Perfect Family Holiday Stay!” We had a fantastic time staying at Lovisi’s house for our family holiday. The location was great, with good shops and restaurants just a short drive away. The house itself was spacious, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean, making it the perfect home away from home. The heated pool was a wonderful bonus, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Communication with the host was outstanding—quick responses and very friendly throughout. We highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

The decor was a bit Sparse, but fully functioning.
