Lighthouse Lane Cottages

The cottage was ocean front and located just moments from Peggy’s Cove. It was quaint and cozy and the owners were so accommodating. We arrived late in the evening and were still personally greeted. Sit out on the front step and enjoy your coffee with a view of an Atlantic Ocean cove.

Our stay was a quiet, relaxing getaway fron the city. Great views of the ocean and just a place to unwind.

These cottages are a hidden gem. They are perfectly situated near the ocean, they are cozy and rustic on the interior. Listening to the waves and the seagulls adds to the perfect combination of peace and relaxation. There is absolutely nothing I would change about this spot. The only noted thing that was missing or we could not locate was a cutting board and steak knives for cottage amenities. The cottages are clean and well priced. The owner Collin is amazing. He is very personable, kind and passionate about what he does. I highly recommend this location for a special getaway. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I absolutely loved our one night stay at the Lighthouse Lane Cottages. We stayed in the sand dollar cottage which is the smallest of the cottages on the property and it was perfect. The cottage itself was super cute with everything we needed (ie. coffee maker, mini fridge, homemade soap). The location was also fantastic! The cottages are minutes from Peggy’s Cove, directly on the ocean, with a view of a smaller lighthouse in the distance. We enjoyed sitting out on our little porch watching the sunset over the ocean and walking along the rocky shoreline on the property. Colin and his wife were excellent hosts and greeted us as soon as we pulled in. They created a book highlighting local attractions and restaurants. We even got to use a washer lawn game while we had a drinks in the evening. I would highly recommend this property! I wish we would have stayed longer.
