Close to old town, walking distance to evrything, clean, comfortable, modern facilities.

Nothing about the place we didn't like. But the big downside was the finding of the parking nearby. In general, old towns have the problem with that, so nothing against the property.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien ubicado. Muy amplio y limpio. Petra, fue un encanto en todo momento. Disponible en cualquier momento, atenta, amable, detallista, agradable,… perfecto!!!

Por poner una pequeña pega, que pueda condicionar a otros huespedes, no tiene ascensor. Por lo que puede haya personas que lo deban de tener en cuenta. Si no, un 10!

"We were very pleased with our room Any conveniences of a hotel is right around the corner!"

The property is right around the corner from Old Town Split. Very convenient. Soap, shampoo etc available in bathroom. We made the coffee &/or in room in the morning. A little refrigerator is in the room. Recently remodeled room & bathroom. Our room was very quiet. Barely heard any other guests. Petra was quickly responsive to any questions or request.

The automatic lights in the stairwell are a little slow to turn on. Not sure if 1 flight of stairs are mentioned in the description. It was not a problem for us but might be an important issue for others.
