Прекрасні види з балкону квартири. Чудовий басейн, є душ після пляжу. На вікнах москітні сітки, що дозволяє на ніч відкривати вікна і слухати шум моря.

Двері можуть зачинитись самі від протягу чи вітру , і може виникнути ситуація, що ви не зможете зайти. Тому ЗАВЖДИ, виходячи з квартири, навіть на секунду, беріть з собою ключі. Бо в нас так вийшло. Старі меблі, старі санвузли. Якщо говорити про ціну та якість, то власникам треба подумати вже над оновленням помешкання.

Just got back from this amazing property. We booked the ground floor apartment for two nights and it was absolutely stunning right on the beach which was a beautiful spot with stunning views. The apartment had been recently done up. I was spotless.

Bear in mind there is no reception when you arrive at the property so we have contacting them beforehand to get the code for the gate as it’s very hot on the road at the top. There wasn’t a reception anywhere. Also worth bearing in mind there are 1 million steep steps leading right down to the bottom so if you’re not out for steps then think elsewhere. The steepness very much adds to the beautiful position in the view. The restaurant next door is not a local traditional restaurant. It’s very smart / chic

The value for money was fair and appropriate. We loved the spacious rooms, the proximity to the sea, and the beautiful pool.

We would have preferred the villa to be located closer to the sea, as the view from two of the bedrooms was partially blocked by the front villa.

We just returned from a peaceful eight-night stay at Glyfa Beach Villas. Host Gerry was a godsend, always helpful yet never intrusive, managing this small family owned complex with kindness. His English was excellent, making communication easy. The villa is about 40 minutes from Corfu Airport, with affordable taxis available. Gerry kindly arranged our return taxi for €60, including extra luggage. I recommend car hire, as it’s a 3km round trip to Barbati to shop at small, well-stocked supermarkets. ‘Coffee Lovers’, an independent bakery, serves delightful pastries, savoury bakes, and filled baguettes at reasonable prices. The ladies serving were always friendly and offered advice in good English. "Green Buses" pass the villas, though it’s not always punctual. The bus is more like a luxury coach and for ~€2, you can get dropped off directly outside the villa. We stayed in a newly renovated, immaculate two-bed apartment set directly on the beach. The double bedrooms both had quality bedding, en suites, and toiletries. The larder was well-stocked with bottled water, fizzy drinks, teas, coffee capsules, and fresh fruit. A 2-ring hob, standard oven, DeLonghi coffee maker, and fridge/freezer met our catering needs, as we preferred to dine out. A friendly and welcome cleaner visited every other day, offering a thorough clean and change of towels/bedding. The private pool was one flight up and clean, but we preferred the beach (literally) right outside our door, with crystal clear water and a peaceful setting. Starting each day on a sun lounger with the sea to ourselves was a real gift. The small beach bay had comfortable sun beds and parasols. Drinks were hand-delivered from Glyfa Seafood next door, where we dined several times — excellent seafood and great service. In summary, the villa exceeded our expectations. Perfect for families and couples, though the 110 steps to the beach with luggage might challenge the less mobile.
