Disappointed in our stay. Beds were not good, made sounds everytime you moved. Didn't have hot water enough for two people to shower. The breakfast was barely there. Very disappointed in this Quality Inn. We are coming back to Harrison in June, but we will find us another place to stay.

Good rates. Great staff. Good breakfast. Door keys hard to use. .i liked it.

Perfect for what we needed. Just didnt like there was no elevator.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The lady that keeps the breakfast area under control (Valerie I believe) is an amazing representation of the hotel and definitely starts the morning off with a smile. My kids adored her, as well as the other fella, which I'm assuming was the manager. All in all, great people that make the hotel shine.

The price was a little upsetting, and the room's build quality could be a tad cleaner. The room itself was clean for the most part, it's just the build quality and remodel that took a hit sight wise. Housekeeping could be slightly more careful with the cleanliness of the room.

There was major moisture problems in the bathroom. The paint on the ceiling was bubbling and peeling off because of it. Free breakfast was advertised but when we got out of our room at 8:00, there were about 10 people waiting for food and no hot breakfast left. While we stool there, a very small amount of eggs were brought out but not nearly enough for those waiting. We didn’t have a lot of time to wait so we had to pay to go through a drive through. Frustrating when you plan on that.

The bed was very comfortable and sheets were amazing.

Breakfast. The buffet was out of food with a room full of people. No one showed up to fill the containers the whole time we were in the lobby, so we checked out and went down the road to find food for breakfast.

We booked a no smoking room and was put in a smoking room with out even Lettie know. They still had me sign agreement of no smoking or receive a $300 fine. The small was awful.
