Location was brilliant although a little tricky to find. Loved that there was tea and coffee available

The location was brilliant, a 15 minute walk from station and able to walk around the whole of Coventry. Kenilworth, Warwick and Stratford upon Avon are all easily reached by train.The apartment was clean (apart from the kitchen equipment detailed below) and the bed comfortable with adequate wardrobe and cupboard space.

The sofa was ripped with the stuffing visible and the seams on each cushion were split which made sitting on it uncomfortable. Fortunately there was a throw on the bed which I used on the sofa. The kitchen equipment was not fit for use. The saucepans and frying pans were badly damaged and scratched, one frying pan had the remains of a previous tenants food burnt on it. A kind member of staff removed this for me. There was no oven/grill tray normally found in oven. I had to purchase a saucepan and baking tray to be able to cook in this property and left it for future guests. I raised my concerns with the admin and housekeeping team who were lovely and very apologetic. As it was very hot, they provided a fan for which I was very grateful. Apparently management have been advised that kitchen equipment needs replacing but do not act on it. I have booked holidays with booking.com many times in the past and always been very happy with them.

Good space, 2 bathroom, enough crockery, cutlery etc for 4 people no tea bags but few sachets of coffee and milk - I would suggest taking milk Had a nice balcony for some air but no seats on it

Pillows are awful totally flat, beds small sofa uncomfortable no cushions or spare blankets

We stayed here as a group of four ladies attending a concert at the Coventry Arena. The location is great the apartment is right in the centre of Coventry, and it took around 10 minutes by taxi to get to the arena. After the concert we walked back towards the city for about half an hour before grabbing a taxi, which cost roughly £10 each way. The apartment itself is basic but functional. It has everything you need for a short stay, but it is student accommodation, so don’t expect luxury. For us, it was perfectly fine as a place to rest our heads, and the price reflects that. If you’re looking for somewhere affordable, central, and convenient for events, it does the job.

It’s student housing, so the overall feel is plain and functional rather than cosy. A bit worn in places as expected with student style flats, some areas feel a little tired. Maybe not ideal for long stays but perfectly fine for a night or two - No atmosphere — it’s practical rather than homely, so don’t expect a hotel vibe.

Great place, everything clean, security received me very well for the key handover, I loved it, I will return ✅👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
