Great central location lots of hot water and very warm.

Very strong smell of smoke in the property carpets were marked and stained, one glass cracked. Very difficult to find from the directions and we were waiting outside whilst we rang to be let in for nearly 20 minutes

Per il check out,hanno bussato diverse volte nonostante stessimo per uscire,inoltre inutile avvisare di eventuali ritardi o problemi,avranno sempre ragione loro. Non torneremo mai più

Interiors a little tired and some niggles (like heaters not working). Sparsely equipped.

Very easy to check in. Apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Location was excellent.

Could have done with an extra chair or sofa as there was only a two seater, which wasn’t very comfortable. A TV in the bedroom would have been good.
