Horrible experience!! Dirty, no hot water, carpets were dirty through out the hotel.

Recently stayed here for a week with my Wife because of the close vicinity to my employer. I stayed in room 318 which was a little nicer than expected. (just because there was a day bed that i could throw my extra luggage on) There were two fans provided in the hotel room one of them did not work at all. There was a flat screen TV provided in the room but the cable was obviously not installed correctly. Every channel only took up a third of the TV. There is was also an old Sony stereo in the room but when i went to turn it on i realized there was no power cable. I complained about this and was told that that that they would find one for me and fix it.This problem was never solved. The bathtub/shower would not drain on my first day so i complained again . The man at the front desk at least came up to my room after i came down and asked him for a second time and fixed the problem. The hotel clearly has a no smoking policy posted on the front door. The guests in the room next to us wear clearly smoking cigarettes ,because you could not only smell the smoke through my open window ; you could smell it in the hall way too. I also complained about this multiple times and nothing was done by the management. The hot water knob on the bathroom sink was completely lose but i managed to fix that myself . Ice machine down stairs was broken too .

Very cute. The front desk was very helpful and the room was nice. Parking is a little difficult but not the inn’s fault!

It was ok. Great price for being so close to the beach and other beautiful areas in our wonderful City. But the place is quiet , fairly clean , if a little more than run down. But the location is SPECTACULAR and the price is right.

Very comfortable experience. This is one of my favorite "budget" options in San Francisco.

The information online failed to mention the front door to the facility would be locked after 9 pm and no one would be able tp get back in without calling the emergency number. The staff treated us as though we were underhanded and up to no good. I was even accused by one staffer of doing drugs but "he didnt want any trouble." It was a bargain rate but no great shakes. Theres better for near the price right in the same block.

The staff can be somewhat rude as they think know it all.

He called the police and told them that I was stealing the hotel room. The police said he would give me a refund and he never did. This hotel has a case opened with the sanitation department. They say they have free breakfast but they don’t. The WiFi has poor connection. Not worth staying here, I checked out before my time and never got my refund.

The location is wonderful and you can easily walk to many tourist spots. However, the towels, carpets, and sheets were dingy and stained. It was cold in the room, even I asked if we could have more heat. No extra blankets, coffee, tea, pen, notepad, phone book, tv info, or tissues in the room. The sink didn’t drain. It was a terrible visit.
