Auberge du Colombier

Used as a one stop lay over after a later crossing from the UK. Did not use all amenities as set off the jext morning. Lovely meal for dinner, a great breakfast (but no Gluten Free options were available on asking)

Great place. Dinner was very tasty but I probably should have just had a main not 3 courses as it was plentiful and I was stuffed after it. A lovely setting with everything you need. Breakfast very tasty continental style. Enjoyed our stay. Bed very comfortable and the room was perfect for the family. Our children liked the play area and it was hardly any time to get to le shuttle from there.

A fabulous location, excellent breakfast and comfortable accomodation! Couldnt ask for more !

Ruime kamer, mooie omgeving en aardig personeel. We konden nog eten terwijl ze eigenlijk al dicht zouden gaan. Heel fijn!

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff and a fantastic pool bolted onto a campsite. Our meal in the hotel restaurant was fantastic. Love this place.

Disappointing. It was not a Colombier. It is an outdated barm conversion of 7 bedrooms on the side of a campsite. It requires a thorough refurbishment. Reception is unmanned and check/in telephone system did not work. We had to search for staff. Previous reviews have said the same but obviously the management take no heed. Breakfast was in an unattended separate building. Food has been preplaced and I’m covered on individual tables. There were some enclosed temperature controlled cabinets.

The food in the restaurant was very poor. The room was very basic.

Le sejour etait bien grace au cadre mais peu d'isolation phonique, nous entendions le voisin de chambre ronfler et le matin vous etes réveillés des qu'il y a des personnes qui sortent de leur chambre. Extrêmement decu par le restaurant, assaillis par trois serveurs differents a peine assis qui demandent ce qu'on a choisi mais ne font aucune proposition, se trompent dans notre commande et personne ne s'en excuse ! Par contre vous les verrez courir dans tout le restaurant comme des poulets sans tête... La responsable donne les ordres sans aucune discretion et les plats ne sont pas terribles surtout pour le prix ! Nous sommes allés prendre notre café et dessert dans le petit resto du camping, beaucoup plus agréable !

Staff friendly and helpful. The room and bed rather small but fine for an overnight stay. We did not use the pool or gym facility
