Heaven Mountain Hill Hotel 1 Cameron Highlands

Sorry to say there is nothing i like from this hotel.

I think i will say everything about this hotel was unpleasant for my family. Starting with the room itself there is a climates or plaster bagworm on the bed,on the mattress and on the wall.It was really disappointing and disgusting.Then the toilet water pressure was too bad and the toilet not clean at all.Next, the toilet mirror was open and not safe at all to bath,My husband trying to close it but cannot. People from the next building can surely see me in the toilet.It was a horrible experience.The mattress was not comfortable and for your information it was not even flat it kind of wavy and not good to sleep.They not even served mineral water or even water heater jug.For me from the front door to the bathroom was big disaster.And for sure i will not repeat the hotel anymore and not recommend to everyone.

Location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful

The room had visible mould on the ceiling, sheets were old and worn out with stains on them. I had very tiny ants in my room as well
