Warning: Reservation of room at Hotels.com for this hotel doesn’t provide any room reservation. I reserved two sea view rooms but there were none available upon arrival. The tried to send us to another hotel but we finally got other rooms at the hotel without sea view and different bed constellation. Got a limited discount compared to the reservered rooms. Besides room issues the hotel was great with nice pool, nice beach, nice restaurant and bar.

En términos generales bien, tuve que insistir para que me dieran la habitación frente al mar pues así la había pagado pero me querían ubicar en otra sin vista al mar, muy estrictos con la hora de Check out 12 m cobran de más se te pasas, la música en el bar es pasada de volumen podrían mejorar en eso, música si pero a un volumen tolerable, las playas, piscinas son Geniales, sin duda volveré.

There is Everglades and it was raining so the water goes to the Ocean. it was dirty all the time, we couldn’t get into. The road to get the hotel from Tolú is terribly bad. There are a lot of aggressive dogs toward people. It was very uncomfortable. The excursion that they propose are dangerous. We left the hotel two days before, I did not get any money back.
