Easy access

I am shocked. I trust names like "Wyndam," and "La Quinta." That trust is why I booked this room and paid this much money. The property is dilapidated and the room is filthy. The carpet is gross. The bathroom floor hasn't even been mopped. The sheets are mysty and the pilloes lumpy.

The only problem was in the bathroom. The stopper in the sink needs to be repaired.

I had a suite of two rooms. The upholstery on the couch was ripped. Drapery was ripped. One of the deadbolts did not work. The rug badly needed a cleaning, and had not been vacuumed well (I found two pieces of broken glass). The pool area was clean and well-kept. Staff was friendly. Guards patrolled the parking lot at night. Breakfast was adequate. I will not return to this property.

No frills just a room on a weeknight

other guests came n went at all hours of the night - which caused my pups to bark continuously, disrupting not only my sleep but im sure the sleep of others right next to my room ---- also the room was not as clean as it should b - my pups found a sock that was left behind from a previous rental n some food wrappers from under the beds -- there were stains on the floor n the bedding covers -- other than that the stay was good --- we felt safe n everything worked fine -- TV, fridge, shower, microwave, air conditioner all worked well, however the coffee maker didn't work - it ran water all over the countertop instead of in the cup

It’s an old motel that was clearly great in it’s time, maybe 15 years ago. Today it’s a super budget with the bad smells of people renting rooms for drug use. I guess so long to sub 100$/night rates in Phoenix in October for nice place.

My room had cigarette burns on the carpet and on one of the comforters. It smelled terrible like mildew. The door lock was broken like someone had kicked it in. There were homeless people hanging around on the property.

Very comfy beds. Kind staff, checking in process was quick and easy! Would stay again!
