Roach on the curtain as I'm getting ready for work, and not to mention few homeless hanging out in the Stairway.wouldnt recommend women there alone

Property layout and amenities were very good. Easy access from I-17. Staff was helpful, especially when my reservation was messed up in the computer system--gave me a free upgrade for my troubles. My lower rating is due to the fact that the property is clearly in need of some updating and refurbishing.

"Hotel used to be good not anymore "

The front desk canceled my reservation due to an oversight on the dates didn’t tell me til this morning so I had to rebook my stay poor customer service I have to work with hotels .com to get a refund
