Waikiki Circle Hotel by Castle

The view from the room was amazing. The staff member who spoke Japanese was very kind and helpful. I felt very reassured and at ease during my stay. I also lost one of my key cards, but there was no penalty, and a female staff member was very kind and helpful, which I greatly appreciated.I would like to use your service again next time.

No iron and ironing board. And the WiFi was very very slow

Super cute room with an incredible view of the ocean and the town. Fun, tropical decor. Interesting, rounded shape to the room, hence Circle Hotel. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Eggs N Things, breakfast restaurant located downstairs but always busy so prepare to wait in line.

Not a big deal but you have to go down to the front office to get a bucket of ice. No machines in hallway.

Ut was in front of the beach

Upon arrival they asked me for a credit card and made a pending payment for a “deposit” and the amenity fee for each day. They did not provide anything saying what they charged the card for. When I asked for the invoice for my company, the amenity fee appeared as paid by my booking payment, so I asked about this. After arguing for 30 minutes, they said they will give me all the money back in few days (305 dollars). Well… the money has been officially charged, both the extra amenity fee and the security deposit, although I left the room spotless. I have not received any explanation from them. They only cleaned the room every 3 days, the facilities were not specially clean for start.

Nice place and hotel for vacation

The location was right across the street from beach which was nice. Rooms were clean but small. Employees were friendly and helpful. Compared to other hotels in the area were more expensive and more amenities. They don't have a lobby to sit in an absorb the beauty, Did not hear any noise Even with being clean and employees nice it still a three star hotel.

The location was perfect. We were right across the street from the beach. Next door to McDonalds. Next door to the ABC store. In easy walking distance to the International Market. The balcony was nice. We did have a partial view of the beach. If you plan on using the balcony a lot spend the extra money for a full view of the beach.

Don't plan on parking a car. It is expensive and valet parking only.
