Everything, amazing place to stay, amazing staff running the place, close to the major sights especially crystal bay is like 20 minutes walk. They help me rent a scooter for a good price and even got free transport from harbor

Nothing, everything was perfect

beautiful place to stay, lovely pool and clean rooms, 20min walk to the closest beach.

dinner and breakfast service was very slow and we got food on different timing although we ordered the same things. staff was very friendly though.

Very clean, nice high ceilings, very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The staff went above and beyond to help us find a proposal photographer, a flower arrangement on the bed and a congratulations cake. They very helpful can’t thank them enough.

We stayed 3 nights at this amazing resort. The staff was friendly and so helpful. The rooms are large and very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was big and was open to the outside with bananas growing right in view. Breakfast was delicious and quick. The resort is 10-15 min away from the port, walking distance to restaurants, and close to dive centers and Crystal Beach. I highly recommend this resort for location, beauty and service. They also have motorbikes for rent and can set you up with taxis or drivers for the day.

Lovely place, quiet, easy to get around by taxi, like posh, glamping. Breakfast nice too. Loved it,

1. De situation of the rooms, in front of swimmingpool 2. The most friendly staff (you can tell they understand the definition of hospitality). 3. The cleanness of the rooms, it was spotless. Every day fresh towels if needed and room cleaning. 4. There is a very good restaurant. Good Indonesian food, but also a wide variety of western food. 5. The shuttle service to/from Chrystal beach. 6. They speak very good English 7. Location is perfect. 8. Good offer for tours. Great driver! 9. Laundry service 10. Nothing is to much too ask

There was nothing to not like.

It had a very nice atmosphere and the staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were perfectly cleaned every day. The staff helpwd in organizing trips and transport to cristal bay.
