From arrival to departure, the staff takes great care. The accommodation smells good like the whole property and it is clean. Great equipment. Magnificent garden with a little swimming pool. They can organize the ascent of Mount Batur from the hotel and preferential prices for hot water baths. Perfect WiFi.

Very nice location, super quiet. Lovely clean rooms and comfy beds. Very friendly staff and excellent value for money.

Lovely location, very friendly staff, thankyou to Kedek for being so helpful. Nice warm spa pool. Nice breakfast and very good value for money.

Air conditioning would have been nice, the shower was quite weak but that's a minor concern.

Beautiful gardens, great location, comfy bed, hot shower, lovely people and your very own hot spring pool! Sweeping views from the balcony across the lake and to Mt Batur. Just stunning.

It was all great especially keeping in mind the price you pay.

The property it is a very nice property. Lots of plants and very relaxing atmosphere. I stayed in the top room and it has a beautiful view of the mountain and farms nearby. The staff is very nice.

The breakfast was simple but sufficient, served in the beautiful garden. It was very pleasant enjoying our breakfast in the outdoor surrounds.

Lots of insects, to be expected in rural areas tho. Just bring spray with you, if possible.
