Villa Lovisi 2

While a little dated, the villa is very spacious and it easily housed all of 6 of us. We used the bbq & pool area quite a lot & the waterfall is a nice touch but does need to be requested if this is something you would like on during your stay. Our host was amazing & was no more than a message away. He even helped sort us out with taxis from the property as the better bars and restaurants are further afield. Lidl is a couple minutes drive which was very helpful to pop to when needed.

There was construction happening opposite the villa that was very noisy, although I appreciate that is no fault of the host. The beds could do with a few more pillows but were comfy enough. While the pool is lovely, it’s quite deep, non of us could stand up, so something to consider if you’re thinking of booking with small children. Something I think would have been helpful when we arrived would have been some bottled water in the fridge as the tap water isn’t drinkable so we had to drop our bags and go to a small local shop as we landed late at night. Apart from these few things we had a very enjoyable stay.

DER Pool war sehr warm. Ein Pool mit warm bei warmen 38 Grad Aussentemperatur etwas anstrengend ist. Bilder stimmten nicht mit der Realität überein. Wasserfall gab es nicht. Eine Klimaanlage war die ganze Zeit defekt und bei Nachts 30 Grad kein Schlaf möglich. Die im Wohnzimmer-Küche auch defekt. Tropfte in das Zimmer Alles Abgewohnt. Verschlissen Fliesen kaputt Keine Handtuchhalter oder Toilettenpapierhalter Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Und es fehlt eine Renovierung in allem. Nähe zur Autobahn. Immer laut. Es ist eine Baustelle vor der Tür. Die dauert auch noch! PARKPLATZ NICHT VORHANDEN. BÄDER ABGEWOHNT. MARMOR KAPUTT. DUSCHEN NICHT SCHLIESSBAR. Ohne Auto schwierig bis zum Strand

Villa was perfect, plenty of space and pool was great. Whilst a 15 min walk to the centre it suited us perfectly with a food store just a few minutes away. It was easy to get out in the car and visit the attractions and beaches. Host was welcoming, helpful and would definitely stay again.

Overall, Villa Livisi provides excellent value for money and a very comfortable stay. To have a 4 bedroom villa, with 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and a private pool is a real positive with the property. The living space is bright and airy, the kitchen has all of the essentials that you need in terms of pots, pans, and platewear. Asides from these, kitchen was empty. When we left we left key condiments like salt, pepper, oil, sugar etc for whomever enjoyed the villa after us. Its location is good, particularly if you don’t mind getting around on foot. If not, taxis are quick and reasonably priced. Despite being adjacent to the motorway, it really doesn’t interfere too much at all. There are plenty of shops very near by- Lidl is a 3 min walk, the cash and carry is worth a visit and mercado and spar a 7-8 min walk. The pool and the garden really are the highlight of the property. After a day out and about, or at the beach, it was simply lovely to be able to come back and enjoy the pool.

Very little. The property is somewhat dated in its decor, but this is absolutely not a deal breaker. The pillows were a bit soft for our liking, but that really is a minor point.

The house was spacious and had a nice outdoor space. It felt safe with a gate that locked.

The only minus was that the pool was in the shade most parts of the day, but that might be nice when the wearher is warmer.

The property was incredible, excellent condition and very near to Lidl so easy to get in groceries. Also only a 15 minute walk from the hub of bars and restaurants.

The property was conveniently located near to Lidls so made it super easy to get everything that we needed. We loved the pool area which had plenty of sunshine and shade if needed all day long.

The only thing I can really say that is negative is that just 2 keys for a group of 8 was a bit of a juggling act. The beds could have done with an extra pillow as there was just one very thin one. That’s all we really found and that’s just being picky, every one of us had a lovely time.

Everything was as it was said. The villa was very clean. Air condition worked. The pool was very nice. The host was friendly and helpful. There was nothing to complain about.
