Big, spotlessly clean, comfortable room - thankfully without a carpet (people with allergies will understand). The electric blinds worked great, no sleeping mask needed. Location was excellent: only a short stroll from the old town, but also from a few nice spots outside the palace.

Pillows were the only downside. Too thin and shapeless.

Location. Good breakfast. Good instructions beforehand to get into the room. Thanks for that!

Loud music that went on too late in the evening. Waste handling noise from outside early in the morning. Danger of burning youself due to the hot water in the shower (why don't you just adjust the water temperature in the boiler down to 65°C instead of 80°C?).

Exceptional hosts, accommodation and location.

The room was in a great location. Also the staff was very helpful in answering all my questions before I arrived.

Room was very comfortable, communication with direction was 10/10 via Whatsapp.

We are non smokers and our room smelt of smoke. Obviously previous guests were smoking in the room and the furniture & curtains have absorbed the smell. Also the safe deposit box you have is a waste of time - Its too small and not screwed in so we didnt use it. Anyone could pick it up and walk away with it.

Convenience, space and cleanliness. Petra, the host was extremely obliging, helpful, friendly and provided whatever was requested.

It was clean, well furnished and the owner Petra took time researching restaurants for us.
