Staff were great, food in restaurant (cod especially) was outstanding

We were put in a room immediately adjacent to construction. 0730 the pounding started. We asked to be moved and we were so that was good. But, no guests should be put in that end of the building and have to deal with that. The major issue is the WIFI The WIFI was virtually non-existent (and the cellular was 1 maybe 2 bars). We stayed there twice, at the beginning and end of our trip, in 3 rooms after being relocated. None of the rooms had wifi that was reliable, it was weak and then disconnect. If the cellular was decent that wouldn't be a big problem, but the cellular was 1, occasionally 2 bars and was unreliable. In this day and age that is just not acceptable. By contrast, every guest house we stayed in (all over the country including Westfjords) had stellar WIFI. We stayed in 2 hotels total and both had lousy WIFI. Note to management: Time to update.
