Ruhig gelegenes Luxus-Hotel, welches mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überzeugt. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, das Hotel liegt direkt an der schönen Mainpromenade. Sehr hoher Komfort und ausgezeichnete Frühstücksqualität. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Einziger Makel: Im Zimmer roch es bei unserer Ankunft nicht wirklich angenehm - wahrscheinlich wurde für ein paar Tage nicht gelüftet.

The best place to stay in Mainz! Trust me. Breakfast on the water and the walk outside are absolutely lovely and the customer service is polite and friendly. I enjoyed every bit of it! Close to a train station too which is a big plus! Rewe super market is steps away so are bike rentals. You can't go wrong with this place! Designer coffee in room and luxurious robes and slippers along with a large tub AND a separate shower. I always trust Hyatt with my hotel stays. Their quality is at another level and they just get it.
