"Bom custo-benefício para quem vai curtir em Ponta Negra"

Localização excelente, a poucos minutos a pé da orla de Ponta Negra, muito próximo de bares, restaurantes e lanchonetes, também tem uma farmácia do outro lado da avenida, que facilita bastante. Café da manhã simples, mas muito bom, com bolo de banana quentinho, feito na hora. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Quarto limpo e ar condicionado funcionando bem. Amamos os gatinhos <3

A manutenção da hospedagem. Os talheres estavam gastos (oxidados) e a maioria das xícaras lascadas. Talvez seja hora de trocar esses itens.
