The hotel was was in bad neighborhood, the front counter clerk took to long to To have me check in , the room was a bit to small and the bathroom was terrible for the amount I paid wasn’t worth it it was to pricy and it was far from transportation and subway is never stay in This place again

HORRIBLE. Shower dirty, shower curtain had mildew and sink separating from the wall and sink water wasn’t draining out. Linens appeared dirty. Bedsheets and face clothes with brown stains. The bed itself had to dust off some crumbs. Had to cover the bed with my Robe to sleep on it for 2 hours and checked out early because of condition of the room.

Around the corner of the hotel were drugs and prostitutes. Not sure how the even had the opppyrtunity to be listed with Expedia.

Los alrededores del hotel no son muy seguros. Adicional no tiene nada cerca, debes optar por seguridad llamar al servicio de Uber. No lo recomiendo para estadias largas, en nuestro caso fue por emergencia debido a que me cancelaron mi vuelo y tuve que buscar un hotel para 2 noches en tiempo record para poder descansar un poco. La atención no fue mala pero las habitaciones no estaban muy limpias.

It deserves 0 stars! Do not book here! Linens and pillowcases were stained. Carpet is extremely dirty. In the room (on the 1st floor) you can hear traffic noise (especially trains) from the outside and people walking by and talking as if you are sleeping outside! The second day we were there no one entered our room to bring in toiletries. The room can not be locked from the inside. There was no hair dryer. There was no shelf to put a tooth brush/paste on. The neighborhood the hotel is in is spooky and filthy.

the bathroom sink leaked a little, the kitchen area could have been cleaner and the sheets could have been doubled

The bathroom was a messed, the shower curtain wasn't clean, when we were ready to checkout, we had to wait for more than an hour to get our car, because it was blocked by other cars , they had keep calling other people in the hotel to come and move their cars so we could get out , then there was this one car that they couldn't find the owner, really bad experience

The room is not a regular hotel room it's much more a cheaper motel room and not functional. Even it looks upgraded the things in the room falls apart when you touch it. Close to a very noisy rail station and the location is not worth to talk about. Not recommended if you have other choices. One night stay in this motel (not comparable with hotel) was enough. Stay away if you don't want "surprises".

We checked in 7 hours later than the required check in time and was still required to wait for a room to be prepared and/or confirmed. The door didn't lock at first had to have staff show us how to "slam" the door to get it locked. (heard slamming doors throughout the stay from other guests.) There was no hot water in the shower - had to resort to a cold shower. No wash cloths provided No telephones in the room Weird smell on the elevator and hallways. Parking was awful - non paved area, with stones and broken bottles Staff seemed annoyed to assist - however, reluctantly did

This was a pleasant surprise, After getting to Brooklyn and calling the hotel letting them know that I would be checking in late, After the event that I worked was over it was almost midnight jumped in a taxi and gave the driver the address, his response was, "that's kind dangerous place to be going at this time of night, don't you think!". we chatted all the while going there and when he arrived he was pleasantly surprised and was relief, seemed life the area has a not so good reputation, I didn't try evaluate my surrounding just got into the building as fast as I could, checked in pretty quickly, got the room it was pretty small but tidy, got a good night rest and was off the morning.
