Very nice location

The over looking of the golf course was nice

The room we booked was a king bed we got a queen be. Checking in was a nightmare.

The location was great. We were down for a baseball tournament, and it was 5 minutes from the field. The food is really good. The beds were comfortable and room rooms were a nice size.

The water pressure on the 5th floor was not great, but I don't know if there is anything they could do about that.

We only ate one meal there, in the lounge. The food was excellent, and the service was too. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was polite and attentive. I asked for help with luggage when we checked in, and the desk clerk said, "We do it all," then gave me the assistance usually provided by a "bellboy."

When we checked out, the desk advised us that no assistance could be provided with luggage. That did not set well with me. I am 90 years old and in pretty good shape, but we had a lot to handle. I had to go get the cart myself, load it, push it to the entrance, and transfer everything to my car. I would have preferred to be tipping a "bellboy" or someone else to do the work.

Great staff - from the front desk, to the restaurant, through to the housekeeping folks !!

The property was spacious and the outdoor area was very nice. The fire pit at night was also appealing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We booked a room for 3. The picture of the room at the time of booking did not align with the actual room. We were travelling with three and one of them was my 86-year old mom. The room was much smaller than we thought from the picture and was not nearly as workable as we thought it would be for her. There were no linens for the pullout and not enough coffee to serve 3. We were hoping to eat at one of the restaurants on site to avoid moving her around too much. The price per head for the evening buffet was out of reach. The booking site listed breakfast at $12 and even offered to add it to the price of the room at time of booking. I did not elect that option but considered eating breakfast on site. It was $22 buffet and no menu ordering due to staff shortages. So we ended up taking mom somewhere else anyway.
