"Good relaxing hotel with professional friendly staff !!"

We come to this part of Puglia often,visiting family,friends and relaxation.Our love affair with Sierra Silvana started many years ago as we didn't have a great experience with a so called 4 stars overpriced hotel in Savelletri run by incompetent and ignorant management and haven't gone anywhere else since.In my opinion this hotel gets everything right from the welcoming staff at reception to the pool attendant,a special mention to Nicola the breakfast supervisor was very polite and attentive,Mimmo the mitic mixologist par excellence who serve the best cocktails in the region,the housekeeping staff we met when going around the hotel were exceptionally polite and courteous,a credit to the general manager Sig. Valentini. Well Done

Puliai utunk bázis szállása volt. Innen indultunk felfedező városnézésekre és itt pihentünk meg, amire a szálloda úszómedencéje remek lehetőséget adott. Autónkat biztonságban tudhattuk a parkolóban. A bár személyzete nagyon barátságos, figyelmes volt.

A szálloda megközelítése nem volt egyszerű, egy szerpentines úton jelölte a GPS.

Sehr gute Lage in dem wunderschönen Selva di Fassano beim Valle I' Tria, nahe bei den Trullis von Locorotondo und Alberollo und dem reizenden Cisternino. Die Zimmer mit Balkon sind in separaten Gebäuden in einem Park, gepflegt und ruhig. Großes Schwimmbad in einem gepflegten Bereich. Die Zimmerausstattung ist gut, ihre Größe auch, das Bad ist klein. Kein Doppelwachbecken, Toilette nicht getrennt. Sicherer Parkplatz- kostenlos - und starkes WLAN.

Das Hotel ist auf Tagungsgäste, Veranstaltungen und Reisegruppen ausgerichtet - mit einem riesigen Raum als Restaurant - mit einer Einrichtung zwischen Krankenhaus und Altersheim! Eine einzige geschmackliche Entgleisung. Der Raum ist im Hauptgebäude im 2. Stock- sie dürfen laufen! Laufen dürfen Sie hier auch bem Frühstück - an die Kaffeemaschinen , auch an das magere Buffet. Bescheidene Wurst- und Käseauswahl noch unter Discounter-Qualität : Salami und eine Art gekochter Schinken, dazu Schnittkäse - mehr als ärmlich!
