Good location. Business friendly

Shuttle was great, front desk staff were very friendly. I was starved and ordered some food. My meal to go was ready in 10 minutes and was absolutely delicious. . There’s some construction going on to make some improvements, but they had a makeshift entrance at the back so no big deal.

We are very disappointed to arrive to find that the entire front entrance of the property under construction. We had to enter and exit through the back door which was poorly lit and needed a room key (hard to have a room key until registered) and go past the laundry. It was an overall very unpleasant experience. I have stayed at this property several times and normally it is quite nice.

We spent 3 nights at this typical Hyatt Place property while attending a wedding in Minneapolis. Room was a great size; all was clean and everything worked as expected. Shuttle service to/from the airport was prompt and fast. It is now available 24 hours a day, which was great as our inbound flight was significantly delayed. The exterior of the building is under rehabilitation, which surprisingly continued even on Saturday & Sunday. During the day guests entered the lobby from a back door. The property offers Park & Fly packages which appear to be (perhaps too) popular, as parking was at a real premium later each evening. We made out OK, but I'm not sure what others did who arrived after we did. Note: Despite there being a clearly advertised $10 per night parking fee, we were NOT charged! Breakfast was fine and of an adequate quality & selection as can be expected at a Hyatt Place (having stayed at Hyatt Places for many years, the breakfast buffet is never as good as the pictures show it on their websites). All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

The room was comfortable and spacious for our family of 4.

The room was really big! And I was so happy to hear that the airport shuttle ran 24 hours.

We did the park, sleep and fly at Hyatt Place and will definitely do it again! The shuttle service was a 5 minute wait leaving the hotel and maybe 5-10 minutes waiting at the airport. The hotel is going through some renovations inside and out but it wasn't bothersome. Our room was beautiful and the staff was very nice!
