Everything good as was expected

I was charged for two nights but only reserved a room for one night. The manager gave me a credit for their mistake the next day. I checked my bank recently and the charge was still on my card for that room.

The area

It looked very dirty. The pullout couch had stains all over it.

For us it is the best place to stay in Beckley. The room arrangement was perfect for us with our daughter and 2 grandkids. Breakfast was great.

Location, except my GPS took me the wrong way, thank goodness we had another phone for GPS

Night stuff was unprofessional, dirty plates behind the counter, night guy wasn't clean nor presentable. The pool wasn't open, toilet was dirty, no toilet paper, food left in the fridge from guest before us, ac in the room didnt work. Property grounds was gross as well

It was very dirty. We called for extra bedding for sofa bed and extra towels and no one ever came.

It allowed us to bring our dogs and the room was big.

The rooms had dirty floors and the bathtub didn't drain while showering. The paint job was sloppy and the furniture ,like the sofa, was stained.

Its a place to lay your head without critters.

The bed wasn't comfy. The shower didn't go down well, the tiles were falling off the walls. The toilet was not clean. The bathroom in the pool room was absolutely disgusting. The ladies door didn't close and there was toilet paper in clumps all over the floor. There was no pool towels.
