We booked a suite but when we arrived, the sofa had dog fur on it and there were yellow stains on the bedspread. We were given a different room but it was not a suite. No mention was made about the difference in price. When we arrived at our new room the door was not locked. The beds in this room were worn out, the T.V was a 32" whereas in the suite there were two larger TVs. This replacement room was disappointing.

They did not have enough help at the front desk. The rooms were not as clean as they should have been. The doo to the women's bathroom in the pool area would not shut.
