We found mouse poop in our bathtub. They couldn't give us another room because they were fully booked. They didn't offer to clean it, we had to ask. Then they only came and rinsed it out. We had to ask again for it to be cleaned. We paid extra for the room with the jacuzzi tub but they wouldn't give any discount since we weren't going to be using it now. They offered no compensation for our trouble at all. Very poor customer service.

I think if the beds were more comfortable this would be the ultimate diamond in the rough. Literally a 20 minute walk to Disneyland. It’s very clean, staff is extremely friendly and helpful, it’s close to everything. I think the value is great.
