Quality Inn Franklin South

Good location right off of I65. When we got into our room, we noticed that the security latch on the door was missing. It looked like the door had been forced open at some time. There were gaps all along the door and door frame. I had to prop a chair against the door handle at night. The room only had one small bar of soap. Had to use this bar of soap to wash hands and also to take showers. We were there for three nights. Our room was not cleaned on the first day . I had to go to the front desk to request wash clothes and fresh towels. The next day, the room was cleaned, but we did not receive any more soap. I had to go to the front desk and request more soap. I would not recommend this motel .

Thebonlybthing wrong is the carpet is filty

Carpet was nasty. Back of bathroom door looked like it has never been cleaned. The bathroom walls had stains that I didn’t want to know what they were. Won’t stay here in future

Convenient location , comfortable

Check in was easy, room was nice. Everything worked except the knob on the hvac was loose. Good stay

Everything about the property and experience was okay. We checked in late for a sleep on the way through, so it served it's purpose. Not somewhere I'd likely stay for more than that, but we felt overall safe and the room was clean so no real complaints.
