Quality Inn Franklin South

It was a typical continental breakfast toast muffins waffle apples juice coffee. They MAY have had oat meal, I didn't see any.

The guy at desk services was difficult and not helpful. I had asked for a 1st floor room he says it was t documented and he would have to charge me extra to put me on 1st floor and all he had was 2 queens. I didn't stay the second night so went to get a receipt and he refused to give me one. I asked him for a zero balance to show I hadn't gotten any extras, he refused and said we don't do that it doesn't work that way. Expedia doesn't want us to give out receipts. I have ALWAYS gotten zero $ receipts to balance my card with my receipts....nope not doin that. I DO travel for work and have necessity to come back to the area but won't stay here, and will encourage all my friend to not stay here as well. Life is to short for people to be that difficult!!! And the shower had mold in it, which was a little disgusting as well...

This hotel was in terrible condition- outside was run down and the inside had stained furniture, dirty carpets and chipped furniture. The fan in the room was only partially working and had loud banging when it did pop on. I reserved while on a road trip so it was too late at night to ask them to refund but had this not been the case i would have. the front desk person was relatively nice and not her fault the property is in disrepair and the rooms soiled and uncomfortable. I was very impressed with the service of the agent at hotels.com when i contacted them about the condition of the hotel and i very rarely wrote negative reviews but this experience was bad enough i wanted to emphasize how bad the hotel is. again, the hotels.com representative was wonderful. .

The property was in a good location. The room was nice and spacious. The shower was the main thing we had a problem with. It kept going from hot to cold and the sprayer didn’t have a good steady stream.

The shower was our only issue.
