room was not the cleanst, toilet plugged twice, Maintenance had to be told how to fix it. Bath tub dirty no daily room cleaning washer and dryer rusted didn't have coffee had to exchange towels

The location was convenient

The tv remote didn’t work the phone didn’t work, large gap under door to room, staff wasn’t concerned about nothing working didn’t get a discount new room or nothing. Also had bugs in the bathroom, shower curtain was disgusting

It was nice pool was great

The location of the hotel alot of stores and restaurants and the best thing Walmart was not to far

Our room had roaches we call the front desk to see if another room was available but they said they can send someone to put medicine in our room but I said no cause I had my sleep apnea machine out and I did not want the fumes to get on my machine I'm disable
