Es war soweit alles erwartungsgemäß, für eine Übernachtung ok. Freundlicher Empfang und gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Leider wurde die zusätzlich - im Vorfeld! - gewünschte Bettwäsche nicht vorbereitet. Auch vor Ort war der Receptionist bemüht, aber letztlich haben wir die zusätzlichen Kissen und Decken doch nicht erhalten. Schließlich wurde noch die Rechnung (per E-Mail) falsch ausgestellt. Mehrere Versuche eine korrigierte Version zu bekommen schlugen fehl - bis heute kam keine Antwort. Das ist sehr unprofessionell. Ich bin darüber sehr verärgert und nur deshalb gebe ich diese Bewertung ab. Schade, da ansonsten der Aufenthalt in Ordnung war.
