Net, cómode, ampli. Que hi hagués AC, no tots els hotels en tenen a Euskadi. Ubicació prop del centre i personal molt amable.

El checkin va ser força lent. Els preus del restaurant una mica massa alts. Aparcament complicat als voltants de l'hotel, cal pagar el parking del propi hotel per a que sigui còmode i pràctic.
