Homestay Horn Lake / Southaven MS

The hotel is old but relatively clean but the staff are so rude. You walk in to ask a question and it's like you're bothering them. We stayed there three times. Now we won't be coming back.

finally got them to accept my service dogs for free stay but I had to put a $100 dollar deposit and i don't believe that is fair for a disabled person and the girl that works the afternoon shift told me that i had to pay for my service dogs because they don't accept my letter about my dogs being service dogs animals and the breakfast the first time was good and the next morning was biscuits and gravy and the biscuits were hard and they were about as half dollar

The place is in a center location also it wa very clean

We were exhausted and ready for bed. Chair in room very dirty. We only had 2 towels, no hand towels, no wash clothes

it was disgusting, holes in the wall, roaches crawling around, and does not look anything like the pictures

Had a non smoking room that smelled like smoke once we got there.

Hotel was clean. Evening staff were polite and courteous. Morning staff not so much. I have stayed here several times, always the same. Didn't waste my time with their breakfast. Seems they have a few semi permanent guests. One had a dog that barked all night, they smoked dope and slammed doors. Type guests you would put at backside of hotel, not right up front so everyone has to see and hear it. Beds are ok, but could definitely use an upgrade!! Will stay again. Overall it was worth the money spent.
