There are many restaurants around and good stay if you like to be away from NOLA while resting.

This hotel was very unsafe and there was paint peeling off the wall what looked like mold above the shower and a roach in my room

Our room was not clean. Looks nothing like the website. Our toilet wouldn’t flush and the front desk staff did not accommodate. We requested to move rooms and they refused since the “manager” was not available. We originally had a reservation for 3 days and checked out immediately. Was only refunded for the 2 days. Expedia customer service was very helpful.

The staff and service of the hotel is incredible. Very friendly and prompt. The room was clean when we got there. The only downside is that the walls are paper thin. We could hear people talking and playing loud music next door throughout the night. So, unless you are a heavy sleeper, ear plugs might be needed. Other than that, we loved our stay.

Rooms were clean however mildew smelling. Had to switch rooms 2x mold in 1st 2 rooms. Front desk clerks are beyond friendly & accomodating. Nice pool, well groomed landscaping. With some Lysol spray & small glade candle it was perfect! Did I mention the ladies at front desk were phenomenal!

The staff was super nice and the room keeping was good, provided nice extra towels. Lots of issues with the room. Phones were off the hook. TV kept flickering, changing color and sometimes having a double vision. The bedsheet and blanket were completely stained and gross. And the tub wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived. We also had people smoking in front of our room, so our room smelled like cigarette the whole entire time. Room to look a little better in the pictures, I had really high hopes:(

needed an elevator due to room was on the second floor. No one advised that there was no elevator.

Booked room a week in advance and when I get there to check in after 7 hrs of driving they tell me there is a problem and they are over booked!!!! Have confirmation I had a room reserved and they said they did not have any clean king bed rooms available. Ended up staying at there " other" hotel which was on the same property.

Bed bugs in first room. Moved and quickly cleaned. Next room smelt a bit musky/moldy but was better once air turned on. Still waiting for my "hold" for incendentals to be returned. Staff was considerate and quickly changed my room.
