There was a front desk employee, Connie I believe, who managed to come to my room to try to get the tv to work and then moved me seamlessly to another room when she was unable to correct the problem. Very helpful.

Great place

They say it’s 2 different hotels at the same property but it’s literally quality inn. The tub was stained yellow, both duvets were dirty, the lighting was lacking (dark), couldn’t use the tv cause there was no WiFi on the tv and it didn’t let you put in the hotels WiFi either, beds were hard, the light above the sink worked when it wanted. Josefina, the ladies at the front desk, and housekeeping were extremely kind. That’s the only reason I didn’t give it 1 star.

Diverted from the chaos in New Orleans, we needed a last minute place to stay. This hotel has seen better days and was not very pleasant. Hotel reception clerks were very nice however. They also were pretty much out of breakfast when we arrived the next morning.

Good place

This properties location was everything. The rooms were clean and spacious. Very reasonable prices. I will definitely stay again. Heads up, there is a $50 deposit fee which is refunded after checkout if your room is in good condition and if you haven't smoked in the non-smoking room.

I have read all the reviews before booking this hotel. I don't know who gave it such good reviews, but our experience was very different and I have pictures to prove it. very dirty, dirty and dirty. That's all I have to say. Breakfast was very poor too. there was so much dust on all the lobby plastic flowers that it should tell you everything you need to know about this place. Very disappointing!

They accomidated us when we arrived early because we had just drove 16 hours. The hotel did not have hot water and they ended up having to move us so we could have hot water. The bed ended up messing up my shoulder because the second bed was really stiff and im a side sleeper. Breakfast was good and its near a bunch of resteraunts and near a walmart. There is a gas station next to the crackerbarrel. About 30 to 50 minutes, depending on traffic, to the French Quarter. I think i got a little more than i expected for how little i paid for a week and a half stay. Overall was good besides the water and bed issue. The front desk workers were really kind and assisted whenever we needed.

It was adequate for one night. It was in an area that had stores, gas and restaurants. Along busy I 10 if you have problems with traffic. Staff we dealt with very helpful.
