Not my best experience but not bad either. Would I stay there again, maybe. The room was clean. There was a Mcfridge. The mall was nearby so there are dining and shopping options. My biggest gripe; I arrived two hours early and they wanted to surcharge. My opinion, that’s fair, that’s their purview and right, but other motels can be more flexible. “Get to Yes.”These are tough businesses to run, so I understand.
The room smelled really damp when we turned on the air conditioning. We got a horrible allergy from all the dust. The apartment was super dirty and the person we checked in with was super rude.

Hotel was in a weird spot....staff were rude....told the lady at front desk that I had already paid the room and she couldn't find it. I gave her my confirmation number and she said this guy needs to come in and check.in and I said it's not a guy I'm a girl it's under my name tori Smith then had to pay a fee to check in early and got there 20 mins before time. Got asked multiple times about did we have a dog and I told her no. She had the cleaning lady look in my car will never stay here again
