GrandStay Hotel & Suites Rock Valley

It was a clean hotel. The pool and hot tub was nice. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was a little disappointing. No fruit and very minimal pastry or bread options. I did like that they had avocado though. Lol..it was a nice hotel.

Breakfast was fine - nothing special.

Pictures showed arm chairs in the rooms. Our room did not have one. I asked about it and was told to just take a chair from the bar area or one of the computer chairs. My husband has a difficult time sitting in a straight chair and when booking a hotel, I usually ask to make sure the rooms have one. This time I did not since the pictures showed they were provided. We did meet friends and sat in the lobby which was very comfortable and a cozy setting. It was nice having the coffee station there but water in the pots was cold so did not actually use them.

Hotel and room was clean, good breakfast, nice pool and hot tub, felt safe!

Not the staffs fault but elevator was broken. We were on 2nd floor but the staff stepped up and helped carry our bags for us!

Amazing hotel. Rooms were very nice. I had a suite with the kitchen but it didnt have items to cook with or eat on. Pool was awesome and they have a very nice gym area. Staff was friendly but the town is small so pretty limited for eating or adventures out. Would highly recommend

Very clean and nicely decorated. Overall a lovely hotel!

A/C was quiet, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. What more can you ask for?
