Super bequeme betten Personal auch mehr als nur freundlich, wirklich super :-)

Es ist vom Zentrum ca 15-20 min mit dem Fußbus entfernt. Die Straßen sind aber nicht wie in Deutschland sondern super matschig etc. Also mit bedacht bedenken.

Cambiamos de habitación porque la doble no está muy buena, no la recomendamos. Pero con el upgrade super contentas.

que la habitación con dos camas no reflejaba lo que se ve en booking. Por suerte tienen opciones y esas sí estan super bien. De Holbox no me gustó que hay muchísimo sargazo. No sabía ni me imaginaba.

The hotel was very cute, the room was nice and the staff was very nice

I did not care for the location a lot of construction is going on around the area, the hotel itself did not have anything except for the spa, if you want to get breakfast lunch or dinner you had to go across the street to one of the other hotels. The water pressure in the room was horrible the tub will take about an hour and a half to fill up halfway the shower was more of a trickle and when I asked about it I was told it was because they are on an island. On my first night a massive water bug landed on my pillow I ran out the room and got the gentleman at the front desk to come kill it and then I saw a dead water bug in my room the day I was leaving.

Au calme, belle décoration, personnel très accueillant et disponible

Petit déjeuner inclus mais pas de choix possible et assez restreint (qqs fruits, une tranche de pain grillé, de la confiture et une mini coupelle de Yahourt). Nous avons eu des problèmes avec la toilette (2 différents en 2 jours) mais le personnel a été réactif

"Fijn en schoon hotel."

Het was allemaal schoon en we hadden geweldige bedden. Het personeel (Paco) was heel erg aardig en gaf ons veel aanraders om te doen op het eiland, maar ook op andere plaatsen in Mexico.

Mehrere Baustellen zu allen Seiten; ab 7 Uhr durchgehender Baulärm Mo-Sa. Erholungseffekt war dadurch leider wenig vorhanden. Umliegendes Gebiet ist voller Baustellen neuer Apartments; neben dem Lärm ist dadurch auch viel Müll vorhanden. Sauberkeit war mäßig, insbesondere im Bad
