"We felt supported and it was a relaxing weekend."

Staff was very kind and they supported us with everything. Hotel was is very good conditions.

It was hard to get into the beach inside the club.

"Très bel hôtel"

Un très joli petit hôtel qui propose des chambres magnifiques, spacieuses, propres et bien équipées. Paco, le réceptionniste est très accueillant et attentif à vos besoins. La piscine est très agréable.

Le jumelage avec l’hôtel Hau. C’est chouette pour l’accès à la plage mais sur cette plage et dans l’eau il y a des blocs de bétons sur lesquels vous pouvez vous blesser. Les cocktails du bar de l’hôtel Hau sont juste imbuvables. Mis à part, Guillermo (qui parle français et est très sympa) le personnel de cet hôtel est hautain et désagréable. Éloignez vous sur la playa coco c’est plus sauvage et les petits bars sont très sympas et plus accessibles.

"Pas propre"

L’emplacement

Les chambres n’étaient pas propres, des traces sur les sommiers, des cheveux dans la salle de bain, nous avons dû demander à changer de chambre en pleine nuit. Aucun geste commercial ne nous a été accordé.

"Bonito hotel a 20 min del centro andando"

IHotel muy bonito, comodo y tranquilo. Habitaciones confortables y grandes, con visitas a la piscina central. Mucha tranquilidad al no admitir niños.

Un poco lejos del centro de Holbox, unos 20 min caminando. Tuvimos mala suerte porque este enero 2026 hay un hotel en construcción a unos centímetros apenas del hotel, y nuestra habitación era la última, pegada a la obra, se escuchaba mucho ruido por la mañana

Great Location, staff was very friendly and approachable, rooms were clean and well prepared.

The only thing I would say it would the fact that they dont have their own breakfast. Not a problem for us since we always had breakfast in tehe center.

Le personnel était agréable, la chambre spacieuse et la télévision avec Netflix.

Manque de propreté dans la salle de bain, emplacement excentré et proche des travaux. La plage à côté est loin d’en être une.
