Jeg likte rommet, renhold, beliggenhet og personellet.

Frokost rommet har lav takhøyde og er liten og trang. Prisen var litt høy, men det skyldes sikkert premieren i Arena di Verona, som også vi besøkte.

The breakfast was ok and the location was ok

The hotel was very outdated. From reviews I’d seen that it had been recently renovated however our room was really shoddy, the mattress was so sunken I couldn’t get a good night sleep and the bathroom had black mould as there is no ventilation. The hotel is super dark there’s curtains everywhere and the room views are blocked by buildings. Although the location is ok it’s located near a McDonald’s where there were a lot of rowdy young people a few of which heckled me when walking back to the hotel which made me feel very unsafe. For the price paid and the previous reviews our expectations were higher than what was presented. Also we were told to leave our room key with reception when we left the hotel which we did not feel comfortable doing and have never been asked this at any hotel I’ve ever stayed in before.
