My experience at the hotel was very positive from start to finish. Upon arrival, it’s already clear that the place is well cared for, including a pleasant scent in the reception area that creates a great first impression. The reception team was consistently very friendly and cheerful, with special mention to one of the staff members who assisted me with great kindness during my stay. Overall, the service was attentive, efficient, and always welcoming. The room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable, which made for a very good night’s rest. Another highlight was the cleanliness: the hotel is well organized and maintained in excellent condition. The breakfast also stands out, offering good variety and quality, fully meeting expectations. In addition, the location is a strong point: it is just a short walk from the Piazza delle Erbe, which makes it very easy to explore the historic center on foot. Overall, it is a hotel that shows attention to detail in every aspect and provides a very pleasant stay, especially for someone traveling alone.

Zentrale Lage. Wenige Schritte von der Arena entfernt, inmitten der Altstadt. Wer mit Auto anreist, sollte dringend vom Garagenplatz-Mietangebot Gebrauch machen 25 EUR sind wirklich günstig. Sehr zuvorkommendes Rezeptionspersonal.

Etwas vergessliches Servicepersonal. Auch nach Erinmerung gab’s keinen Kaffee zum Frühstück
