Das Zimmer und das Frühstücksangebot waren gut.

Es fanden Bauarbeiten statt, worüber ich bei der Buchung nicht informiert wurde. Die Lärmbelästigung war besonders beim Frühstück sehr hoch. Es war kein WLAN vorhanden, obwohl es bei der Buchung als Leistung mit aufgeführt war. Schade, es hätte vorher kommuniziert werden müssen und ein Preisnachlass hätte Ärger erspart.

Saubere Zimmer und auch der Empfang war sehr zuvorkommend. Das das Hotel gegenüber dem Hbf liegt, war alles in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Frühstück war genügend zur Verfügung und auch der tischservice war angenehm.

Das ein Hotel auch mal saniert werden muss ist ok und auch normal. Das sich die Baustelle in allen Bereichen ausbreitet, mach das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis unverhältnismäßig. Die Atmosphäre leidet stark darunter. Die Zimmer hatten einige Makel. Undichte Dusche, kaputte Fenster. Kein Kühlschrank. Auch der Frühstückraum (Baustelle) mit dem verfügbaren Frühstück für 18€ pro Person, kann man in einer schöneren Atmosphäre in der Innenstadt für weniger Geld genießen.
