Friendly service, easy to find

None of the lights worked in the room. The overhead light did fine. Three of the lamps would not turn on or stayed turned on. Which felt unsafe. Also having solo travelled I felt unsafe at the location when another guest was yelling and screaming multiple times in the afternoon. Made me feel uneasy and uncomfortable to go outside.

"Check if any Indian gatherings are on, as you won't sleep"

Had the spa room, very spacious and lots of room.

Spa half works, tv freezes when you change the channels, bed springs aren't nice to sleep on & most of all up to 11pm Indian music gathering and music was so loud it was extremely hard to sleep, thank you for our long drive to the hotel and long drive the next day very tired.
