I preregistered before we arrived but ended up going through the whole process again at the desk. Don’t offer preregistration if it won’t matter at check-in. If you need a no-frills overnight spot, this place is ok. If you’re staying more than a couple of nights, you may want to consider someplace else.

Stay was ok they could’ve had better towels and better bedding no comforters on the beds and could definitely have a better continental breakfast

The room was very clean but the sheets weren’t changed they just made the bed up without changing anything

Every night I have to go to the front desk and get my card working some how got deactivated idk why they told me to keep it out my wallet SMH and away from my cellphone with i did and still happening was very stressful

Checked out a day early still waiting on refund. Air conditioner was loud and leaving water everywhere

First room smelled like wet humid mop water I told the lady in the front desk and she apologized and changed my room , second room the air conditioning was not working we then again told the lady in the front and she changed our room AGAIN , the third room had no fridge , the tv wasn’t working properly, and you had to lift the door so it can close , the room was clean but the floors were as if they never mopped !!

There was no closet to hang items only 2 pegs. Also no hangers.

Was given a dirty room then the second room they gave us the air condition hardly worked. It leaked all over the floor. The fridge leaked all over the floor. Staff attempted to say that there was complaints about my one year-old and three-year-old being too loud which there’s no way they also tried saying that we signed up for 6 AM wake up call. They called us at 5:15 and at 5:45 hardly any water pressure in the shower. Staff was rude. They’re in the middle of remodeling and they have pulled up the carpet off of the steps and there’s nails popped out. only one receptacle worked in our room. Only one set of lights worked in our room. The sink in the second room was filthy with food in it from the person before.
