"Cleaning and comfortable"

The room was clean and fresh, newly renovated. The breakfast was not much at all. Two things of cereal, Two types of bread and some muffins.

"They bothered us after we said we were staying a third day, as I had a migraine. they made us down N"

At first glance the bathroom looked nice, until we flushed the commode and it would not come back up on its own. We had to go back and fix every time we went to the bathroom or it would have run all the time. The floor was FILTHY. OUR FEET TURNED BLACK. WHEN GOING INTO THE SHOWER OUR DIRTY FEET MADE THEIR WHITE FLOOR MATS BLACK. THE FLOORS WERE ALL LIKE THAT. VERY FILTHY YET LOOKING NEW AND CLEAN. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT REALLY NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED.

The floors throughout cleaned, not just mopped with dirty mops and called clean. The floor was sticky and in one area smelled and wiped up like urine. Gross

We forgot a book in the room on the Bed, tried to call 1/2 hour later could not reach anyone. Called and pressed one for reservations got a hold of someone, that gave us the direct number for the Days Inn. We called several times that morning and later on, no one answered the phone. We stopped back at the Hotel to check around 2pm. They looked but said no they did not have it. This is not a case of maybe thinking we forgot the book, we both knew the book was left behind. All this Hotel had to do was answer the PHONE. What if this was medication or other lifesaving items? Answer the phone

Recently remodeled so everything new and fresh. Beds were comfortable.Great location - near Sight and Sound theater.

Very limited continental breakfast. Choices were white or wheat toast little mini muffins and 2 types of cereal but the milk was spoiled. They also had juice coffee and tea. Not very much to start your day.
