The West End Collection on Pine

The house and our room were beautiful. So much attention to all the little details. The breakfast was delicious and the manager and staff were excellent

I loved everything about it

The bed was as hard as a rock and lumpy. My niece slept on the floor because it was at least not lumpy.

We had a lovely stay at this little Inn located in a beautiful area of Portland. The service has been amazing.

Our private bathroom had not been 'en suite' but across the hallway. Nothing that bothered us, but should be considered when booking.

It is a gem of a property, and the staff go out of their way to be accommodating, friendly and helpful.

Breakfasts, location, meeting other guests

TV didn't work for 2 days and I finally asked for new batteries for remote. These should be checked regularly as by the time people turn on TV at night there's no staff to contact. My husband and I are in our 70s and in very good health, but climbing over 40 steps to our room several times a day/evening bordered on bring a little much.

the in keeper/cook was lovely and did a great job. A+ for her. The BnB was just ok for the price, lacked charm and for the price I would have liked to have been closer to the Port. Example Portland Harbor Hotel My fault just too expensive for the rooms Nothing against the inn keeper she was great
