Parking easy. Pleasant staff who provided some little things we needed. Temperature good. Beds clean.

Good points: Best hotel fridge ever Good air conditioning Good shower temp/pressure Comfortable mattress Huge TV Shampoo smelled nice. Citrusy. Good location. Wild Wings next door Bad: Gnats in bathroom Curly (not Three Stooges) hair on shower curtain Clerk at check in hardly raised his head while on phone (clearly personal call) No elevator Shabby towels 2 towels 1 washcloth No hand towels No switch on bedside lamp. Had to crawl behind to plug it in

Excellent bed. Great A/C. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent water pressure. Quiet room. Moments from the highway and 15-minutes to downtown. Room had a faint smell of old cigarette smoke but was only slightly noticeable. Middle access hotel door was rigged in the unlocked position with zip ties. Overall, the stay was a great value and I would consider staying here in the future.

Had to request hand towels and was clothes. There was hair in the bathtub. And worst of all there were so many gnats in our room. We were so glad we just had one short night there

Good: comfortable mattress and pillows. Clean sheets and hotel room and bathroom. Bad: Incredibly loud air conditioners. Even when mine was off I could hear the A/C unit in the next room. Sink and bathtub didn’t drain properly.

Recently renovated property has now become a Motel 6 level accommodation with granite counters. Good value if you don't expect much.

This place was just ok. Staff was friendly when checking in. But the room had coins left on the floor, which makes me question if it was vacuumed. Bathroom towels felt damp and there weren’t any washcloths.

Furniture was filthy. Sheets dirty. None of the ice makers work!

The room we had was filthy and gross. It was not clean and the ratings on Expedia do not accurately reflect the state of the hotel. We had been traveling 12 hours when we checked in after booking online, but when we arrived in the room we noticed there was dirt on door handles and frames etc but tried to just tell ourselves it was ok. But then, we opened the fridge after we already unpacked our stuff and changed to find bugs and grime. Super disgusting. Nothing was wiped down including the counters and I’m not even sure the floors were vacuumed. Essentially, the longer we were there that night the more grossness we found and yet with 3 kids and all our stuff unloaded with a 4 am wake up call, we had to deal with it. There was also yelling all throughout the night completely defeating the purpose of "rest" and dealing with the dirty room. Seriously, l've never had a worse experience at a hotel and we are all grossed out still thinking about it. I hope they take this review to heart and also Expedia doesn’t allow you to get refunds for these kinds of experiences as you can’t take it up with the hotel directly, so consider that when booking.

The check in process was easy. Our room smelled terribly of smoke.
