Good location

No breakfast. No coffee maker in the room. Possible bed bugs, heard several other people say they had bed bugs!

Nothing. The hotel should have never been opened. They were not ready for customers. No elevator. No busboy. Luggage had to be hauled up to the second floor.

Security was terrible. Had some shady guest and homeless in the parking lot. Side door was always being jammed so the homeless were coming in and out of the hotel. We were concerned for our safety so we went know where after dark. This hotel was barely worth 50$ let alone 400$. You should take them off your booking list before you start getting nonstop complaints.

Easy access from interstate. Beds were comfy but had a big tear in the bedspread. The room area was updated and nice but the bathroom is awful and needs updated and cleaned better. Stains on wall, tile cracked and gross. On top of being really dated and poor maintenance it was not cleaned well. A/C worked great in room. It was a good price and comfortable the bathroom just was gross.

The hotel is in a convenient location.

First room smelled terrible. Also the AC wouldnt work. Room was musty. There was no ice with all being out of service. The refrigerator was not keeping anything cold.i bought 3 bags from gas station across the street. Do not stay here.

Large clean room. Comfortable bed. Lots of pillows. Nice staff.

#1. Went to check in and was informed my reservation wouldn’t be honored because they were no longer honoring Choice hotels, or Hotels.com reservations. #2. After several minutes of a conversation of neither of us fully understanding each other due to language differences, he said he would give me the room for what I booked it through Hotels.com. #3. Had to manually fill out charges to credit card because their system was not capable of electronic transfer of data. #3. Key card didn’t work on back door, which was closest to my room. Had to call front desk and wait while someone brought me a new key card. #4. Was there 2 nights and room was never refreshed with clean towels, trash not removed, and dead bug not swept up from bathroom. #5. Huge black mold issue in shower.
